Description: Hannu Lintu is the Artistic Director of the Sibelius-Festival 2025-2027. This year the concerts feature Sibelius's earlier works. And this year, for the first time, other composers related to Sibelius are also chosen on the programme. In 2026, for example, we shall hear Busoni's amazing piano concerto. I wait for that, as one of my greatest experiences in music & life (after Bruckner, of course) has been the performance of this Busoni's masterpiece that took place in Stockholm some years ago.
