Description: After coming home I acquired a Mezzo channel to be able to experience the concert again. I'm in tears when I look/listen to it. It was indeed very emotional to be in places connected to Bruckner that even the thought of being there made me shiver..and still does.

Description: Sound of the trumpets in Bruckner's 7th simply break my heart. When the brass section start their "roar" at the end of the first movement & finale, it's like the gates of Heaven would have opened wide. Bruckner, our ecstatic Master, you are truly amazing !!!!

Description: Maestro Celibidache is well remembered and honored of his "legendary Bruckner concerts" on Brucknerfest in Sankt Florian. If I would have had more time (and if those machines wouldn't cause me such stress) I would have gone to the library and search the articles of Celibidache's concerts he gave here. But now it was unfortunally impossible. This beautiful image of Maestro is taken from the TV screen when conducting Bruckner's Mass in St.Florian. I had such a wonderful visit to St. Florian that with Celibidache there I would have died.
